Individual Lessons:

Our faculty teach all individual lessons in series. For optimal results six lessons are scheduled within a two week period. Students benefit from the skills each of our teachers bring to the series as the team collaborates to bring you the best possible Anat Baniel Method experience.

ABM Well Checks for Babies and Children:

Our Well Baby Checks are provided to make sure your healthy infant is off to a good start. Babies from birth to 1 year are scheduled for lessons every three months. Make sure you well baby stays on course during this critical first year. Click

Special Needs Children:

Series of individual lessons are available for children with special needs. This work is helpful for Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental disorders, Scoliosis, Brachial Plexus Injury, undiagnosed neurological conditions, as well as others. We receive referrals from neurologists, chiropractors, PTs, etc. Most insurances do not cover this work at this time. We accept check or credit card.

Articles, Books, Tapes, and DVDs are available in our public library to learn more about the Anat Baniel Method, Feldenkrais, Health, Wellness, and other related topics. We will be building these resources as we have the opportunity.
